Thank you! I needed to hear this today. Last Sunday our preacher taught on servant hood and completely missed the mark. He gave an ultimatum. Telling all present that if they are not serving in one capacity or another at the church they should leave. Nobody can attend just to be fed. Now I do serve with kids ministry and love it. But this is not the way to go about recruiting volunteers. Pastor Barry you hit the nail on the head: we need to be transformed by God, to be Christlike, to give from our hearts out of love and gratitude.
The current events of seeing the pages of our Bible come to life is so much harder to live than read ! Please come Father and end this EVIL ! Wait alittle longer Father there's so many let to bring into the flock . Your will , your way Father , on earth as it is in Heaven . Please join me Brother and Sisters in Fast and Pray Monday's that we as the body of our Heavenly Father be united every Monday in Fast and prayer for his Glory always to shine in us and the face of the world . Thank you family in Christ ! May our Father bless you in abundance in all you need body , mind and spirit to accomplish his desires .
