昨年の夏、一人で育てた高校生の娘が物事がうまくいかないのをすべて私のせいにして、私をとことん悪者にして出ていきました。どうにか心を立て直そうと前向きに生きてますが、いくら考えてもやりきれなくて、最近又、イライラしていました。体調不良と更年期も重なっている様です。あなた様の動画を見たいけれど観ると今の自分と比べてしまい、辛くなりそうで、しばらく動画を拝見していませんでしたが、今日拝見して、癒されました。ゆっくりした時間、自然な空間、穏やかなご家族、温かくて本当に素敵です。子育てにずいぶん無理をして、体を壊してしまったので、仕事もどこまでできるか解らず、これから生きて行けるかとても不安です。でも、今日は、この動画のお陰で、ほっこりした気持ちになれました。ありがとうございます🙇🌹
