Oh look....two millenian american bitches mostly complaining about a taste of snacks from a country that outvibed europe .....comparing any countries snacks to US is so lame and dump that you shoudend start this shit in first place afterall 🤣🤣
I was in Poland one year with my son in Katowice. It was February. One morning we went out and there were long queues of people standing outside cake shops and bakeries all walking away with boxes of doughnuts. Turns out Poland has a 'doughnut' day one day in February when it's traditional for people to take a box to work or take home. We decided to join in. When in Rome .... I absolutely love Poland, by the way.
Sorry for polish guys but this for my fellow citizens! Dla Polaków, którzy nie polecają Ptasiego Mleczka wśród przysmaków z Polski jest specjalne miejsce w piekle. Koniec dyskusji.
The corn "puffs" were usually eaten by kids in Poland from what I remember. It's still processed food but a little bit healthier than the crisps/chips. That's why they don't add the flavor but they also have strawberry ones. Lorenz is not a polish brand by the way. Isn't it German or something? Used to be called Bahlsen back in the day. They are popular in Poland but it's a franchise similar to Lay's/Walkers. Polish chips would be Przysnacki for instance. The kabanosy aren't that healthy because of the preservatives added but always been pretty tasty. The "hedgehogs" always had small amount of nuts and dried plums (rodzynki). Loved them when I was a kid. =) Good to see they're still around and win people's hearts. I think Princessa used to be polish (can't remember what brand) but then it was taken over by Nestlé.
Quality paczki from a good bakery are just the best. My favorite are the traditional variety with rose petal jam and orange peel on top. I definitely miss paczki here in the States😆. Btw, akuku means peekaboo. Not familiar with that particular candy brand though.
6:05 the flavour translates to chicken with herbs. 8:55 - Jeżyki, yes, they are "hedgehogs", but it is just caramel with hazelnuts, the purple fruit is there for unknown reasons.
Hahaha. Widocznie jestem już bardzo wiekowa, bo pamiętam czasy, kiedy jeśli na opakowaniu było narysowane winogrono, to oczywistym było, że w ciastkach są rodzynki 😅
yeah joke, fun fact or just some proverbs/idioms - in style of chinese fortune cookie, but there are also some popular questions/answers, anyway too bad they missed it :(
Not polish but you should try jaffacakes, it’s essentially a traditionally orange (but they have other flavours now too) version of those chocolate coated cakes with the jam filling
Best kabanos is a dry one and very slim, unfortunatly you didnt have this kind of kabanos :( they are 3/4 more slim than yours, and more more dry ;) and for this tymbark that is not soda ;) you must check what sentence is under capsel ;) all tymbark drink have sentences under capsel/cap
You should try "krówki" (it's like ''Cows") - polish candys, "oscypek"- some kind of cheese and of course, "pierogi ruskie" for dinner :) Some people really likes "ptasie mleczko" and yes, it's something really polish, but I prefer Krówki. Greetings from Wrocław, from Poland ;)
Your doughnuts looked like they were not fresh. You should always eat them fresh, just after frying if possible. After one day, they are no longer good. You can still eat them, but it's just not the same as fresh ones.
@@HaleyandZach you be in Gdynia one day, you try 'Pączuś' on main street. They pretty much do doughnuts on the spot and they are excellent. Still warm from frying.
Ok so :) hehe donuts - i would not tell they are very polish sweet and also - they can be amazing and horrible About an apple pie - we do not eat this kind of - i think i have never eaten this type hehe tradictional is different :) Thanks for the movie i am watching back
Polish spicy things are generally not spicy, the most spicy things Poles eat is horseradish...which can also be mild but can also clear your sinuses with the more spicy variety...
Princessa is technically polish. It was made by Goplana but then Nestle have bought it and later when they sold Goplana, Nestle did it without selling princessa brand.
It's really sad that people are unaware or aware of what they consume. I ate it too because that's what parents and advertisements say, our community is bombarded with it in stores, with food that is not natural, toxic and damaging to your health, but that's what we are taught from childhood and we continue to poison ourselves consciously or not. Besides, it's nice to watch you, but I don't recommend artificial food, even if it brings back nice memories. The world is a lie, unfortunately.
Which food do you think looked best!?
Under bottle cap of tymbark are write something to cheer you up
