    Hello Carl, I really love the way you helping the community. It's really appreciable. thank you so much for the videos. Do you please have any video or blog etc where you explained about apps or forms versioning so that if old data is showing in previous versions of the app or form and recent data is opening in the latest app/form version?

      Hi Atiq, thanks so much for the nice feedback! I don't think I have anything regarding apps/form versioning from memory, maybe some time back I did something. If I can find something I'll post back here. Thanks again.

    Hi Carl, wonderful video and thanks for filling the gap from the documentation provided by MS. I was wondering if it was possible that the agent script could be updated in real time when we are switching a subject or product? From what I experienced, I must save and close the case with the product changed first, then go back in the home tab to reselect the case in order to have my agent script linked to the second product... I'm asking because I feel like I'm looking for a solution that might not even exist... .Thanks in advance, Cheers, Laurence
