When you get hit on the jaw even lightly, it's not about getting hurt. If you get hit in the right area you brain rattles off the side of you own skull, this caused brain swelling and the brain to start shutting down to repair itself. That is what getting knocked out/down is and why people struggle to walk. Swarmz brain smashed into his own skull and he regain control of his body after, that is what happened.
