I just want to say, it has become a daily tradition of mine to sit down with whatever I'm having for lunch (work or weekend) and watch this Brotato video. So relaxing and helps me forget the struggles of the day.

I agree. There is something interesting about it. I feed my infant son, eat, and watch the most recent Brotato run. There is a unique combination of Retromation + Brotato that works for me. I know he is struggling with his own attention for the game, and I'm trying to like some of the other games he throws up here. It has yet to work though. I've even bought Brotato just because i've watched it so much felt obligated to pay the developer.

In math the double negative makes it positive, so having -100%+-100% speed, converts the -speed in +speed

If you're interested Reto, Money = Power stat boost in Isaac caps at max money, be it 99 cents or 999 cents if you have deeper pockets (also money is useless in most runs at end game, so it's not like you NEED to save money since you'll have it anyway)

I think a fun idea would be Double Cyborg to start with the two miniguns. =]

So Double Cyborg is insanely weird.
1. you get +500% ranged damage modifications, which means you get 6 range for every 1 you take.
2. you get -100% melee damage and elemental modifications, so you can buff them by buying negative
3. you get -50% engineering modification, so when you buy negative you get positive but at 50%
4. When your ranged damage is removed there's two weird interactions.
4.a. negative ranged damage isn't removed.
4.b. Positive ranged damage is removed twice, making it negative ranged damage
5. You lose engineering equal to double your ranged damage, so you become very negative in both stats.
6. So you need something Melee or Elemental that can work in the second half of the round, tasers maybe? Ooh, actually scared/sacred sausage.
7. Strange book is weird.

I definitely think the devs should add a character that focuses on negative stats, or maybe has inverted stats so any positives make negative stats, but there aren't a lot of items that will take down the stats you really want

I just realised that double cyborg gets -200% for both melee and elemental, does that mean that negative melee and elemental becomes positive?
Also you get -150% engineering, does that mean you get half of your negative engineering as positive?
Also double mage gets -200% melee, ranged and engineering which would be interesting with the whole negative becomes positive
