Chulwoo, an editor of company newspaper is ordered to lay off a woman colleague. She gets outraged with unfair dismissal and declares a strike with other co-workers. With the due date of newspaper coming up, Chulwoo tries to convince people on strike to stop. Meanwhile Chulwoo’s pregnant wife goes into labor while doing community service at a kindergarten. He throws away his work and runs to the hospital.

The title is quite misleading. About the important of family. Well, but of course I know there is other thing beside that, its just hard to describe it. And the coworker is, well, symphaty is good, even though there is no hope. Even though she will be resigned for the company, but showing symphaty is at least they can do, right?
And that woman who sue that man for "kidnapping" is annoying, even though it is a panic of mother.
