- Ingredients
For marination
Paneer-2oogm
Curd-3tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder-2pinch
Garam Masala -2pinch
Cumin powder-2pinch
Coriander Powder-1/4tsp
Salt
Kasuri methi-2pinch
For Masala
Onion-2
Tomato-2
Capsicum-1/2
Ginger -1tsp
Garlic-1tsp
Green chilli-3
Kashmiri chilli powder-3/4tsp
Coriander Powder-1tsp
Cumin seeds-2pinch
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Kasuri methi-
Cashew paste-2tbsp
Salt-
Sugar-
Coriander leaves-
Boiled water-1cup
Oil
Method
Marinate paneer using the ingredients listed above ..
Keep aside for 20 minutes .
Then shallow fry the paneer pieces and keep aside .
Heat Oil in a kadai splutter cumin seeds .
Then add onion ,ginger,garlic and green chilli
Saute for few minutes ..
Then add all powders and saute till raw smell goes .
Now add capsicum and saute ..
Now add tomato puree and mix..Close and cook ..
Then open and add fried paneer and mix ..
Now add boiled water and boil well for 5 minutes .
Then add cashewpaste and mix ..cook for another 2 minutes
Then check the taste .
Finally add some coriander leaves and green chilli ..
So the tasty Paneer masala is ready to serve .. - Навчання та стиль

Veena super curry .. made this today for dinner..I made a few alterations like you suggested by grinding the onion-ginger-garlic-chilli after sautéing cause my kids like smooth gravy 😁 and I was too lazy to grind the tomato so added packet tomato paste..also added the cashew paste for mildness .. they loved it.. my son said it tastes better than restaurant paneer ... melt in the mouth soft paneer 😊 thanks dear 😘
