I think this show is really reaching to paint Madonna as a harsh parent. She just sounds involved and like someone who cares. And apparently she's made some good choices because she has six talented, ambitious, good kids!
Don’t see where it’s my place to judge her parenting skills- all I see is a mother who cares deeply for her children and wants them to succeed. I love my mother and wouldn’t change her for the world, but there are some moments I do wish that she were more strict with me because of how it’s affected me now.
Being a strict, present parent doesn't make her a "harsh" parent. Madonna's public personal is probably nothing like her real personality. She has a lot of old-fashioned values that I'm sure she incorporates into raising her children, which isn't a bad thing, considering her extreme fame and wealth.
Sounds like she makes great choices as a mom, nothing good comes out of tv, phone and sugar

TV is for poor people. Rich people have better things to do than watch Simon Cowell and Kelly Clarkson. As for banning junk food, kids in Malawai have no water to drink, so even Madonna forced them to be Vegan, that is not something to whine about. These kids adopted by Madonna are super lucky. Everyone is just jealous.
She’s not vegan anyway. She follows the macrobiotic diet, which includes fish.

Interesting... one argument as you know. But then angry kids demonise parents ts too. So if it did happen you'd still have to take it with a grain of salt, like this video. If she's so bad why the kids look so happy. We may be disappointed, what, a not.al, arguments happen family. I think she probably introduced no TV at (this particular) home. This is where we come to properly re connect and communicate. Can totally seeing her having a healing family home to do mummying (like we all do away from scutiny) Plus teens looking for dirt, you did this n that mom.... they'd be sissy, individual and fierce to be the child of madonna. She can be unorthodox if she likes. Id probably follow kabalism before any other religion. I was strict especially being mom, dad,uncle,aunt,cousin and grandparents. At least she could hire nannies but he hired trainers and tutors. Keep em busy and imagine their tutors, no wonder they're talented. Seems she's let the kids flourish, and co trolled media. I think we all do that to a degree as much as we can. I dont think she's a bad example. @@74lisaj sometimes there can be sadness behind a smile. I'm not saying that's the case with her kids, idk them. I'm just saying we shouldn't decide how they feel when we have such little information about them. I generally seem happy to others on the outside, the perky type. And tbh, i sometimes have friends & family invite me out with them when they're nervous about a social situation bc I'm a good socializer. Yet other than my immediate family, no one really knows that I've battled an eating disorder, depression, suicide attempts, and ocd. Looks can be deceiving is all. If we knew more about them, heard from them more then i can understand. But we don't know much about them, so it's hard to guess their happiness & peace levels.
