Robert Blair and Fantastic Vionairers, there good old traditional gospel music have really brought me through the years. May his life and legency live on forever in God's kingdom eternity.
Maurice Morgan has played and song for some of the best gospel groups in the business. The Violinaires, Gospel Keynotes, and now The Canton Spirituals.
I love to hear the fantastic violinaires sing especially Robert Blair. I'm very impressed with the high tenor. if you have it, can you please post the complete album title song?
Isaiah Jones (a.k.a. "Li'l Shot") on the far right, wore wigs a lot in the early days. Later on he just sported the bald head. I'm just sayin'........When this aired I'm not sure that Danny Walker had joined the group at that point. The guy on second lead, Cartrick Moore (far left) is an awesome talent. I don't know whatever happened to that guy. He is an awesome, awesome, singer! I never got the chance to see him perfomr live with them.
I believe Danny Walker had been with the group since the early 80s. At least since 1981, but he may have joined earlier. I also wondered what happened to Cartrick Moore for a while. I couldn't find anything about him on the internet. I figured he may have gone to another group after being with the Fantastic Violinaires, but couldn't find anything. He really could sing, and was an excellent addition to the group! A few months back, I came across a Facebook post in one of the Quartet Gospel groups and he was in one of the photos of the Li'l Blair group. He was left a few comments and was communicating with some of the other people. Those comments and posts were probably a year or two old. They could have been from earlier this year, but I'll need to find the posts.

Blair died in 2002 or 2003... I want to say it was a year before or after Wille Neal Johnson(from the Keynotes) but those two werent too far apart...
