The stitch you are doing is not a double crochet - it is the foundation row double crochet. Using it the way you are is the same as a treble crochet so just use a treble crochet. Using the wrong terminology just confuses new or inexperienced crocheters.

I think its called an extended db crochet but saying that I've seen spanish and portuguese ppl doing a double crochet like this and the patterns state db crochet maybe that's how they do the double crochet 🤔

Can you explain your crochet background and provide a link to your channel? Not referring to the author of the video but the person who wrote the initial comment.
I’m hearing that it’s an attempt to help use better terminology, but the energy seems off and I’d like to better understand where you’re coming from energetically. I’d like to see your channel and videos you made to better understand how you work and the energy you mean behind these comments. In fact, if you have a bit of work where a pattern is available for me to purchase, that would be even better but I’ll settle for your UA-cam footage atm.
Also, is English your first language? The artist could have done this in her home/native language, but she didn’t, and those terms used could be the literal translation. Again, I’m sure it’s to help her; however, as another crocheter, I’d like to see the work you shared and to better understand your background, how you’ve explained to others how to work the yarn in different patterns as I’m picking up that’s important to you especially for new and inexperienced crocheter. Do you have a video available explaining how to crochet for beginners?

In usa,they call this extended double crochet. I always made this stitch for 50 years, and called it double crochet. To each his own...

The terminology is not consistent throughout different locations. There is not a fully standardized terminology for crochet throughout the world. So perhaps she IS using the correct terminology for where she lives.
For example the terms used in the USA are not the same as those used in the UK.

It’s called an extended double crochet a triple crochet is wrapping the yarn around your hook 3 times and you can also do an extended treble crochet as well u can extend any stitch when crocheting extended single etc it gives it a bit more height when doing stitches to make it more even and consistent
