To know you have a correct belief that promises salvation you must believe in the righteousness of God. Unless you believe in righteousness you cannot be given the Holy Spirit. Romans 10:10.
Really? Loss of contentment ?? Where does he get that from. Sounds way more serious than loss of contentment The verse says they turned from the holy commandment 2pet.2:21 - and it would have been better not to have known way righteousness, than to turn from it - their End is worse for them than the beginning. Well it’s obvious those that don’t know righteousness are going to hell? What could be worse than that ? Certainly not , loss of earthly contentment… Love you , but This is a weak explanation Andrew
