- The ANC has come under fire for its decision to allow corruption accused Zizi Kodwa to serve in Parliament.
Kodwa resigned as Sports, Arts and Culture Minister earlier this month after he was charged for corruption.
But he has now been sworn in as an MP which brought into question the ANC's step-aside rule.

Government of National Unity is where President of that country out of his or her will choose men and women from all spheres of the country. I personally think that the letter President Syril wrote was not in his own words but was told what to write against his own consions. Its time the swearing in and ratification comes with an addition to the oath and to the contract in writing to the effect that or the along the lines of "I understand and acknowledge and agree unreservadly that should during my tenure I am found guilty of any crime by a court of law that I will immediately resign my position unconditionally despite any pending appeal and without any further interim compensation should I ever be suspended from my position by parliament or a court of law and furthermore that If it is ever discovered that I have caused criminal financial loss or damage to the state or any third party as a result of actions flowing from my position that the state can recoup such losses from my estate which includes any outstanding remuneration and or pension or retirement funds " why would that be a problem and why isn't it in force already bearing in mind the obvious history we have in this country with criminal politicians and representatives..its logical
