watching Chicago in their first title run u wouldn't really think they could win a championship. 1990-91 the league was stacked especially the west blazers, spurs, jazz, suns, lakers, rockets the only elite teams in the east were the pistons and 1980s dynasty Boston Celtics who were older but funny enough they won 6 games more than the defending champs Detroit Pistons and we all know how their story ended

Buck Williams probably one of the most over looked power forward ever he was the man imo.that was my team the blazers as a kid I'd sneak up to watch all their games I could get on my big satellite dish even in a snow storm I'd go out with a broom and brush the snow off.my brother RIP teased me when lakers beat them in 91 wcf

he definitely was... when my youngest brother got me into the NBA in 1989?, immediately Buck was one of my favorite players (probably my first fave player... my brother also made me into a Blazers fan 😀)... i wish i could make a Buck Williams highlight vid on here... there are interviews on youtube, where Buck is mentioned by former NBA players as being one of the big strong PFs (along with other greats) they had to battle... Horace Grant also praised the 90s Blazers team as one of the most dangerous and toughest opponents they had to face... my brother also showed me stats (probably rebounds) where it seems odd that Buck is not in the HoF. there is a Anthony Mason highlight vid where he tries to walk through Buck at a low-post block during a FT, but Buck just moves Mase out of the way with his arms. also when he was on the Knicks, many times played he back-up Center... at 6-8, 225, he is not super large... way too tough man... still one of my faves all-time
