I came across a news from a newspaper called The Mint in India which states that people who are working on a skilled worker visa will not need to apply for sponsorship after completion of four years in the UK. Their visa will automatically be renewed for the next 10 years without renewal of sponsorship. Would not it affect the ILR and PR deadlines If the British Home Office implements a new law of 10-year visa from April 2024? Does extending the visa deadline mean scrapping or making IRL and PR difficult?

Hi Hemant, that's not correct. It's for employers who holds the sponsorship license don't have to renew their license as it will automatically be renewed for 10 years

You can't check 100% by this way.. because the agent can give u the cos letter of someone else by editing his name and personal details.. so the sponsor is real and the cos number is also real. The main thing is to verify whether the cos is originally issued on your name or not??
No one and no procedure is there to check this point and when u head forward with your application after biometric than home office finds that this cos letter is not originally issued on your name and you got your visa rejected + 10 years ban.
Kindly make a video on this topic again and clarify how we can check the cos letter is originally issued on your name? If there is a procedure than we can avoid the visa rejection.
I agree .. for that you can directly contact your employer via email or call to confirm if they have issued any COS in your name or not ..
