this is the best real world pragmatic stance on agile transformation within organizations I've ever seen/read. I've said so many of these things in my transformation efforts through the years, and been beaten up by agile purists - but...this nails it. NAILS IT.
I was able to find this when truly i was challenged why things we do to agile is failing.. im not an agile coach but larger engineering transformation I believe start with Agile transformation at its core.
