I got a note this year too. Buddy told me to have a good hunt cause I forgot to close my truck door and hoped I didn't have anything taken out of my truck! Left me his number now we help eachother out scouting!

I came outa the woods one time to a note on my truck.. said I was trespassing and they would call the law if I was caught there again..and it was my own land 😂😂😂.. getting crowded out there lol
Similar occurrence - I once was hunting and was told by another hunter I didn't know to be careful hunting on the property, because the owner was a real $OB about trespassers. He was trespassing. It was my land.🙄
I found a giant dead buck on public land the other night bob, it was about 3/4 of a mile away from the nearest guy i thought coulda shot the buck. I left a note on his jeep the next morning and it turned out to be his buck from 10 days prior!
Why didn't he bother to track it? If you are willing to kill it you should be willing to find it, otherwise it's just killing for killings sake. Less than one mile is not too much of a distance.
As you will become older and have killed hundreds of ducks each year and so many geese to remember, the decades in acquiring the knowledge in learning their habits, your hunting will become so easy that it won’t feel fun or so manly any longer. Use to load 28 gauge shells with sorghum seeds to maintain some sort of fairness. If only ducks and geese could fly 1400 feet per second!
