You need to DOUBLE CLICK IN THE CLIP TO ADJUST THE PLAYBACK SPEED!!!!

Ngl kinda disapoimted... Aftereffekts has a really cool Timeremaping funktion that is just brillant. But AE is just to expansive...

Yes, After Effects is a professional-level tool. Premiere Elements has some fairly effective tools, however. And I like this one.
