Several houses collapsed in Himachal Pradesh’s Shimla after a massive landslide occurred in the Krishna Nagar area causing extensive damage. Two persons are feared trapped under the rubble of the houses. The harrowing scenes from the moment the landslide took place were caught on camera.

Why Sad? It is nature's bulldozer. Also those buildings were illegal that is why nature did that.

We have family in Shimla. The situation is really bad everywhere. Aadhe se zyada video/photos to aa bhi nahi rahi hain. Rather than praying, send help however you can. Also, govt should stop putting so much pressure on these delicate ecosystems

Sad to say this however humans have taken nature for granted. Have seem the buildings constructed in HP. On top of hill with no proper base or structure. Hills have been completely destroyed. The mud and stones are very fragile and it was matter of time. Uncontrolled urbanisation is destroying nature.
How do they know when. The camera was like waiting for the moment. Perhaps there were earlier disturbing sounds? Pls share...😔😥

Mera kehna tha ki , buildings ka architecture different hota hei mountains par , usko dhyan rakh kar building banai chahiye aur flora, fauna, trees ko bacha kar banana chahiye aur over exploitation nahin karni chahiye. Go get some good education rather than rumours & bias based education.

It’s all govt”s fault who is allowing the people to cut tree for making new house. If you go shimla you will see people make 5-6 stories house which is not safe. Govt should stop allowing people to make houses and cutting house or this will keep happen.

That was so obvious. It will happen to all the hill stations where without any restrictions, controls, breaching of law and order constructions are being sporadically made all over. Also the roads are being developed under PM Sadak Yojna, without taking precautions. Everyone, from administration to common public, tourist everyone is to be blamed. Been there in the month of Jan 23, it's awful to see people are trying to make this heavenly state as Mumbai. Please wake up. And protest. Let's not eradicate it's beauty.
