Fascinating that Album Leaf in F# Maj reminds me of Etude op.42 no.4 (also F# Maj). Also, Album Leaf op.58 reminds me of the dreamy secondary theme in Sonata no.5!!
Hi Daniel, I really enjoy your playing! I'm very curious to know your settings to achieve the wonderful sound quality. I have just bought the same software.. But can't quite achieve the same... Regards, Carl
As far as I remember I used the stock "Recording 3" preset... but I actually mixed the raw piano sound with an external reverb and a few other plugins I can't remember right now, sorry... Thank you for your interest Carl, I'm glad it sounds good :)
Beautifully made, congratulations. I have a question, can I use the song you play "Alexander Scriabin" for the film I'm working on? Reply please, regards.
Op. 45 sounds like mellow cocktail music-only 50 years ahead of its time. Scriabin!
That Op. 58... so heart-wrenching and haunted
The Album leaf in F sharp Major is a gem. Not published during his life time but most quintessential Scriabin !
Really beautiful - so rarely hear this full set performed.

I find Op.58 more coherent with Prometheus as it's a late period work
@@SCRIABINIST i actually think it coincides more with sonata 5, very dreamy
@@SCRIABINIST i think it's more of a transitory work between middle period and late period
Uuuh the last one contains harmony used in his symphonic poem called Prometheus/Poem of fire, The "mystic chord" is absolutely mesmerizing!
lovely piano just made for scriabin

Nice))
Who performs the first piece here?
Thank you! I play every piece myself unless specified otherwise :)
@@Chav0dazoim a bit late, but i think you play each one beautifully
The first one sounds literally like Chopin

I can hear shades of Prometheus in the last one
So can I
I hear more Sonata 5 in the last one than Prometheus.
