1.5 cup wheat flour , 1tsp yeast, 1 tbs sugar, 1/4 tsp salt ,2 tbs warm milk, 3/4 cup warm water,1tbs butter

I make with emmer wheat. It doesn't rise much but comes out very soft and flavorful. Toasting it is absolutely crucial imo when it comes to whole wheat breads.
Please share this recipe without oven ( in kadhai ir in cooker with bread mould (measurements) because most of homes they don't have oven for baking 🙏

Esa bartan le jisme apka mould ache se aa jaay dhkan pura band krne per or top ko touch bhi na kre...... kadai ya cooker mai salt ya sand dale 1 ya 2 cm tak uske upar koi plate rkhe....agr plate nhi rkhni to salt ya sand ko itna dale ki mould ka bottom kadai ya cooker se direct touch na ho wrna jal jayga.... mould rkhne se phle bartan ko 5-6 min free heat kr le pura band kr ke....then mould rkhe or dhakan band kr ke low flame per pakne de 15-20 min baad check kre...agr cooker use kr rhe to plzzz siti nikal dena wrna cooker fat jayga😅 whi seen ho jayga rasode mai kon tha 😂

Ingredients
1 + ½ cup whole wheat flour (atta)
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup water, warm
2 tbsp milk, warm
1 tbsp (14g) butter

Actually my exams are going on. So I am busy in it.
As soon as I am free I am gonna try it and I will also let you know, that how the bread came out .
But you can also try it without hesitation as most of the Shives's recipes I have tried have come out pretty good. Follow the exact quantity and give it a try.
It will be a good experience.

1 cup .....250 ml or 240 ml....that you have used ....
note that if u use fresh milled atta it might not have gluten to support structure store bought ones usually have some percentage of other flour . so using fresh and whole wheat atta u will likely get cracks u can still manage to get loaf

How to make it with active dry yeast

Normal gren tea
And then it is reduced two times by adding cold water

Then that colour comes from green ea which called as noon tea

But when i made it toady same it was just normal kahwa colour yellow .

Hello shivesh, in this video you said for proofing need to place the dough in microwave on low heat for 1-1.5hr. i did the same thing but the atta got cooked and didnt get exact bread. It has spoiled, can you please suggest me. My microwave is 32liters samsung, is my microwave problem or the procedure which i kept microwave for 1hr
I even proofed it for 3 hrs...but nhi hua...tried other methods as well but proof nhi ho raha
Proofing should be done in OTG not in microwave
Try heating the microwave at the lowest temperature for ten minutes and then switch it off. Wait for it to cool down a little bit and then place the dough in it.

Shivesh, did you make your bread using Indian Atta or American Whole Wheat? I'm using Indian Atta, have tried making bread with it using a similar recipe and it does not turn out good at all, nearly a brick it is very dense. I'm avoiding American wheat because it has been altered and gives me health issues that the Indian wheat does not.
