While doing something Please explain why are you doing that so that we will get some idea. for example in this case you have used transparency as 50%,75%,100%,100%,75%&50%. Later I Understood why you have used this exact digits but make sure please explain so that everyone will understand why you taken exact digit to that particular.

When you create the "glass structure" that you copy and paste onto the bars, you need to size them so that the top and bottom cap height are 5% the size of the middle part's height. For example, I set the height for the top and bottom cap to 0.1, and the middle to 2.0, before grouping then copying/pasting. Works perfectly.
