dark red if the percentage is very low, ligh red if the percentage is mid, light green for less dark green for target acheived

While doing something Please explain why are you doing that so that we will get some idea. for example in this case you have used transparency as 50%,75%,100%,100%,75%&50%. Later I Understood why you have used this exact digits but make sure please explain so that everyone will understand why you taken exact digit to that particular.
