Muzan doesn't have any child or wife. He just took on the identity of the real husband. Later on, he took on the identity of a child of a rich family. He constantly changes identity to evade the Slayers.
He changes the identity because of the fear of yorichi , the strongest slayer known in the demon salyer history. he is the original breath of the sun user. Yorichi showed the fear of death to muzan . thats why muzan is afraid of tanjiro because he wears hanafuda like earings and yorichi also used to wear those earings as muzan remembers the unknown swordsman. Breath of the Sun is the most powerful breath.

For those who are still confused,No,Yorichi isn't Tanjirou's ancestor,he was just a family friend. It is said in the manga that he doesn't have any Tsugoko/Breathren so Tanjirou's ancestors decided to practice his Sun breathing which later passed on to Tanjirou.

In manga,Inosuke seems to fall in love on Aoi since Aoi took care after him when he was injured cuz of fighting Muzan.Zenitsu married to Nezuko since they both love each other. Tanjirou and Kanao married each other since it was pretty obvious.

And if you go to kimetsu no yaiba wikia, it was stated both inosuke and aoi are married to each other.

Tanjiro's ancestor never learned sub breathing tho but yeah yorrichi teached tanjiro's ancestor the hinokami kagura dance and then tanjiro somehow got to know to use it and was yorrichi's successor
@@proteccnezuko7454 I'm pretty sure that hinokami kagura is just straight up sun breathing. It's just that maybe that Sumiyoshi turned it into a dance that imitates sun breathing forms after watching Yorichii performed them.
