Purchased Sight Unseen - CARVEWRIGHT CNC Routers, will they work?

I bought at an Auction 3 Carvewrights CNC Routers that were "inoperable" according to the Listing. I figured I could make 1 out of the 3 and start Carving. Let's follow along and see if I figured it out or not.
