Anyone know how to replace the batteries on these?
Worst customer support ! After being next in line for a call it takes me back to the main menu. This company makes bad products my screen went unresponsive after a year and I take good care of it for something that's 3k you expect better results
it's like a cell phone, electronics go bad unfortunately and get outdated fast
Very cheap build, my usb broken off. Battery when out and OBD 2 dongle would not connect. Never again buy from Matco
Was you ever able to get the dongle to connect?
They do stop connecting when it's time for a firmware update
