I know that feeling fresh out of the hairdresser when your hair feels like a million dollars and you want to swish it around like a supermodel. Looks lovely Christina 😊
Love the landscaping and "Linda's" new hairdo that's the same length as last year.😊 You are making terrific progress on the renovation. I'm liking this new chapter on your channel. Have a great day!
So glad to see that so many British people that have made Portugal their home, taking these old houses and renovating them , and at the same time keeping the old charm, When I return to Portugal this summer/fall I will be able to speak to many people as English is taking over the Country, I speak Portuguese although I am much better in English. By the way I like Cristina's new hair due and color.
You guys are working hard!Cristina is looking totally fabulous! Spring is springing. Here in N.S. whatever snow we have left should melt off Tues through Thurs. Happy happy! 🙂👍🇨🇦🌾🌼🌻
Hi James and Christina, your replant of space under Loquat tree? is looking good. A tip.....when planting, throw a bucket of water into hole, then potting soil mix with compost, then plant whatever. Make a moat around so water will collect there to plant stem and not run away. Also dig it lower at the back, so water will slowly seep forward and benefit new plant. Rocks and nice stones adjacent to plant will provide shade and keep soil moist. That's a very hot spot and lugging buckets of water a mission. So mulching in any way cuts out hard work and pressure on your back. 🤔💐☕🍰🌧️🌈🌤️
Busy, busy and more busy. Where do you find the energy? Your home looks more beautiful every time I tune in and I am always gobsmacked at the size of it. It’s glorious. The new Reno is coming along nicely and I can’t wait to see the results. Cristina your hair looks fabalabalous.
The outside gravel and plant area fits so well. I enjoy seeing the speeded up vid of the walls going down,so I can really follow your progress. The bike race looks fun,and definitely could see you need a nightlight to open the door.
You guys are moving quickly on the renovation. Looking forward to seeing how it's all put back together. The front door area of your house is really beautiful. And so is Cristina's hair 😊. And James' is pretty too 🤣. Have a great week guys!! 🥰♥️
Hello you two, I see lots of work this week. I love seeing the bike race going through your village, so special. Big progress on the house renovation, it will get exciting soon. Glad you have tidied up that area inside the gate, it looks really good. I think you could put a couple more small plants in that garden. Wow that poly tunnel gets hot 46degrees. Your garden is looking nice, hope you planted that pineapple head. Was that a Bouganvillia is your opening shot,? lovely whatever it is. Good colour choice for your hair!! Till next week..........
Thank the Lord you are not doing the heavy stuff at the reno house, I think it would knacker you. Our house is in Catalonia 5 km inland from Sitges. We have had a drought for three years, the worst in recorded history as they say, and water levels throughout the province are 16% of normal. Our water deposits which used to fill up in winter are now empty. To keep plants alive we laid horticultural membranes and gravel in our flower beds. It works, looks good, and is maintenance-free apart from vacuuming up leaves from fruit trees a couple of times a year. The garden blower-vac does suck up some gravel but spits it out, retaining the leaves, when you switch off. I agree with you about not over-planting that bed, the plants you put in from pots will leap ahead and soon fill it out. Perhaps you may have room for a couple of the Yuccas in there. Yuccas are great plants, they root easily from cuttings, look architectural, don't shed lots of leaves, and need little maintenance.
That’s down to UA-cam. I did notice when watching one of our favourite UA-cam channels that they also had a huge amount of adverts, compared to normal on their last video.
This video should be a training video for the younger generation. All you guys that are in my age group can work circles around these young kids that sit and play video games all day and do social media. To you. Long life to all.
Christina you may want to reconsider having rocks around the base of your trees and plants because they hold heat which is not good for the roots of your tree and plants. It would be better to replace with mulch or bark.
How hot does it get there during the summer? Gravel up around the tree will hold the heat and can cook the roots. If it doesn’t get over 60C it should be ok. I live in Arizona and 110F outside will make the gravel 125F.
I thought that rainbow looked just like the one Andrew showed on his channel yesterday, and then I remembered that he's your brother and you live in the same area. Duh.
Love the hair color Christina. The plants with the stones turned out well.
Thanks Kate 😊

It’s quite exciting seeing the bike race.
Not sure what the plant is called. Thanks for watching Elizabeth.
😊👍🏻❤️

Hi David, yes it’s good that we aren’t doing that.
Yuccas are brilliant. We always get the cutting from the skip and plant them .
😊👍🏻
Beautiful Portugal ❤
Lovely
😊
Nice landscaping!
Thank you very much!
Portuguese & British people seem like a good mix to me ❤
Your hair looks very nice 🙂
Thank you so much 🙂
Thanks for your vid 😇💟💟💟 Love and bless you guys good work 👍😁.
Thanks for watching! 😊
Hi James and Christina. Luv your show. Just a heads up. There were around 25 commercials on the video today, many of them doubles.
That’s down to UA-cam. I did notice when watching one of our favourite UA-cam channels that they also had a huge amount of adverts, compared to normal on their last video.
❤❤❤❤so pretty ❤❤❤
😊
Podem por plantas em vasos perto da árvore e tirar quando colherem a fruta

It helps that we didn’t have any of those things we were young. Different times! 😎👍🏼
Christina you may want to reconsider having rocks around the base of your trees and plants because they hold heat which is not good for the roots of your tree and plants. It would be better to replace with mulch or bark.
I’ll keep an eye on it. We’ve done it before with no problems so hopefully, it’ll be ok 😊👍🏻
Will you be getting rid of all the brambles surrounding the vine supports? The olive trees look great.
Yes we will clear that area up 👍🏻
How hot does it get there during the summer? Gravel up around the tree will hold the heat and can cook the roots. If it doesn’t get over 60C it should be ok. I live in Arizona and 110F outside will make the gravel 125F.
Shouldn’t be a problem. It’s 40+ in the summer
Good landscaping improvement! Your new hairstyle is very becoming?
Yes! Thank you! 😊
Is that Phil France from famous Birmingham band step forward at 13 mins?!
Haha! Legend has it! 🤩
They don't like walls!😄
But we like space. 😎👍🏻
The man in the blue shirt at 13:53 really loves cyclists! Great video!
Haha! His dream is one day to be able to ride a bike. 😉😎👍🏻
Have just caught up after binge watching your video’s,enjoying them very much but I have to ask why Christina is sometimes called Linda? 😊🇦🇺
Good question! I’ll address it in a future video! Well done for surviving our videos and still here. 😂👍🏼
Ponham portadas ou persianas porque no verão é muito quente
Is this Detlev’s house?
Yes it is 👍🏼
As pessoas deviam usar capacete e óculos protetores
James likes ice creams but he doesn’t like walls😂
Boom boom! 😂😂
Where is the latest project Is it in your village ?
See video two before this one, it has /intro/tour of the place.
Yes it is!
You showed the same rainbow as your brother Andrew did in his lasts video
Ok! 👍🏻
I thought that rainbow looked just like the one Andrew showed on his channel yesterday, and then I remembered that he's your brother and you live in the same area. Duh.
Haha! Yes about 500m away
It would be so much better if we could do work at FF speed.
Absolutely 😂👍🏼
Não percebo essa ideia de tapar a terra com plástico. A terra precisa de respirar. As ervas daninhas também são natureza.
Is Cristiana also Linda or are they two sisters
Haha! No, Linda is her nickname. 😎👍🏼
