Thanks! I appreciate your video, since I own a 1984 Cargo/Utility van that's running a bit rich. Seems to be sucking a lot of gas and fumes are a bit strong!
the air cleaner is easier to install bottom first then the top with the thumb nut, the breathers on the valve cover and has nothing to do with carb adjustments
They're either a throttle return spring so your throttle doesn't go full open while your driving or it is the return spring for a automatic transmission kick down lever

Is the carb spacer on backwards? It looks like the PCV port is in the front.
What is the compression on your cylinders I got 60 across the entire block. Sadly.
