Your email came Saturday evening to us, as in yesterday. The clinic is shut for Christmas since Friday but you have had a reply today so please see spam. I really don't think most clinics would be replying on a Christmas weekend, so please put things into perspective, you have had a reply on Christmas Eve a Sunday also.
