Don't understand the Bank and cash column on the payment side in your day book.

Let say you have 50000 in your bank. But you have to make payment of 40000 in cash to someone. You cannot make that payment as you don't have any cash jn hand. So first withdraw the amount from bank then make 40000 payment in cash.
This segregation is important to keep track of wheather you have enough cash in hand to make payments or not.
