yeah it is sad but to be fair they didnt expect the game to get super popular so they just recently added new employees and it should boost the games schedule
The roblox contest for for ideas and proposals for a new aot game and the rules were that no games that are published or open can enter, the contest is still ongoing and they might reveal the actual winners too, but revolution did get a license from kodansha, they just did it separately from the offical contest so theres going to be multiple offical aot games coming to roblox, the money is strictly for the offical contest winners and not revolution, also its not an anime license for either games only the manga so they cant add scenes from the anime or osts/sfxs
Don't think they'll announce revolution officially because then kodansha would also be claiming the other anime assets like bleach and jjk which are kodanshas competitors which could bring some legal trouble
