- I don't use the 90/90 Hip mobility exercise that involves moving your legs side to side while seated because I don't find it work you close enough to your current threshold to stimulate as much positive benefit as the other hip mobility drills I show in this video.

Nick, this looks like you're 'merely' performing a (intentionally, of course) sloppy 90-90 hip switch drill. When done well/correctly, I think it is good bit more effective/beneficial than the demo'd approach. Great options, alternatives offered here, but I think you sell the 90-90 hip switch short, especially when variations are added to it.
