Was expecting dis video.....thank you ...sir I have decided to buy a plot but there is no dtcp or rera approval. .but the promoter says it has only subdivision approval ...intha Mari plot vangalama....but comes as an extension ....but bank refuse to give loan sinz no dtcp or rera approval ....subdivision plot ku building approval kidaikuma.The plot no is given as M3and M4
If you have any FMB sketches,with reference they will do as per that If not then they will come to site ....if you have to clarify the boundaries of land then you have to Apply in online then only they will site visit to take measurements....
