    Sir, client have 2 sites, total area 1200 sq.ft. he merged two sites for construction. can we apply self certification method? Each site have different subdivision number, example 23/58, 23/59. Pls give your suggestion

    In Chennai if a plot subdivision approval is done then only Chennai corporation does this approval CMDA does not approve this please clarify Overall Plot size is around 2900 SQFT splitted into two plots in subdivision

    Sir, I have one query. To construct a house in Chennai Rayapuram nearby area. The plot size is 20'x60'. It is continuous street area building. Whether the building permission can be obtained by this method. We want to construct a house for GF about 1000sqft. Is it possible to get planning permission under this scheme.
