New Detached homes costing 1.2 million in Toronto isn't going to help even townhouses are 850-1 million range.

Whatever you do don't ban phones on school property or the kids won't be able to find it.
On the federal land leases for home builders, it would all have to be rentals, because who would buy a house with a land lease? Also, what if the developers default on the rent? This seems like a desperate and hare-brained scheme.
Since low income folks, young folks and just about everyone cant afford a house, the priority in this gov. venture must, repeat, must be for appartment buildings.

Put the cell phones in a wall pocket hanger, not a big deal. If parents need to get in touch with their kids, they'll call the office. These teachers are being ridiculous. If a school is asking for funding to counteract the lack of cell phone use, they are clearly taking advantage and wasting tax dollars. This is nothing but the latest union's excuse for more public funding. Just stop already.

@@grandmufftwerkin9037 I already do own nothing. Thanks to the landlords in my area. I'm paying rent greater than the cost of his mortgage. I can't outbid someone buying a home against someone who has 6 other homes to use as collateral for a loan. Adding a ton of housing supply for investors to buy just means he'll have 7 homes now and I'll still have none.
