@montanaknifecompany This is awesome! Love my work sharp field sharpener. Is the stone held on by magnets with Work sharp selling replacement stones like their original field sharpener?
I find that on Magnacut it takes a long time to get a burr on the first side, then when switching sides it knocks it off pretty quickly. Should the second side be sharpened until the burr is knocked off or until a new burr forms over the other side?
Anyone able to describe how the burr feels? Seems like I cannot detect it so I don’t know if I’m just not developing one or I just don’t know what it’s supposed to feel like.

Gentlemen, this is for field touch up sharpening, that's why it's small & packable. 😎
That Orange vise though...
Yeah everyone is doing the movement the other way arround , bug yeah… you are special😂😂😂😂…
why dont you just have your knives sharpened before you head out?
You have to touch up the blade as it's used, even when just skinning or quartering an animal.
Backpacking in for multiple days with multiple tags, means you might end up breaking down a lot of game.

The stones are to thin and won't last very long. Thumbs down !
