I grew up around Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, and Cubans, and later in life, I spent a lot of time with Mexican people. So yes I understand the language, but I don't speak it very well, because there isn't a specific need to speak Spanish in the USA. Maybe Narco can speak Spanish because I heard he spent some time in Brazil, but is Romanian and he lives in Romania. But, really who knows if Narco is fluent in Spanish or not? You should ask him sometime.
