I throw a groove forehand because I tend to have a finger on the rim. Super comfy doing it that way for me. Katana is also a reliable roller/flippy disc thats forgiving for garbage over-hyzer throws. I really enjoy both discs lol.
Katana was my first (and only) ace! For a lower-speed middle of the pack player, the Katana allows me to use a very fast mold that feels great in the hand without the arm to back it up. Flys more like a -1 turn 3 fade with my power
Man I love my local used section, it’s 4x that size and organized by Manufacturers. Always some collectible Innova discs, I go about every 10 days and for fresh circulation and lately it’s been producing gems each time!
for real. I have a Glow C-Line DDx that was money for me for so long. My armspeed is up a ton since then so it's too flippy now, but it is an underrated disc.
I would be more than happy just to see a casual round with this bag, doesn't really need to be a round of importance. I just want to see you experience the discs, maybe even better in a casual round so you can focus on the bag and talk more about that than the actual performance in the round. You could maybe bring us along on a practice round with the discs in preparation to a perfect round attempt, just a thought tho. Really enjoyed the content and diving into a used section should hit home with 97% of any disc golf channels viewer base. :D

It’s funny you found an Archer and an Ace Race Disc. My son brought me an Ace Race ESP Archer he found in the storage closet of the community center he works in.
You can find discs throw once or twice being sold as used, without markings. Probably too beefy or understable for the previous owner, but could be fantastic for you. Honestly the worst purchases I've made are new discs that have had manufacturing errors, and I can avoid that because I can e.g. check the picture of the used disc's profile when buying online.
shoutout to what looked like a tealish blue P1...i've been putting with teal P1s for a while. i liked the P2, but they were just a tad deeper than i'd like. switched to the P1s and have been absolutely loving them.
was kinda hoping he was doing the whole package, getting the discs as well as a bag/backpack to put them in all for $200 and see what he an get but still a cool video! When you were looking for an understable mid, isn't the Meteor very understable? Or am I mixing it up with a different disc?
Trevor, you would not believe the disc collection that I have I have had to get rid of a lot however I have a lot of old stuff, including classic rock putters a few first runs. I’ve been thrown a few times I’ve managed together even some discs they don’t make anymore it probably isn’t a whole lot however, if you’d like, I can most definitely send you some pictures over
Our local store is crazy stocked with used lone star, and I know many more people with some they want to sell (including me lol). Lots and lots of people have left the team, but they've gotten so they leave the application open all year so you never can tell who's coming and who's going. I'm also a mod on the Facebook love star bst page and I can tell you activity is wayyy down from what it was.
I have 2 star katanas. Throw them cause I found 2 in the same spot in a bush with no phone #. And for whatever reason, I’ve had pretty good results for when I need a solid turn and dump off 🤷♂️ - definitely not my go-to.

I use a katana, even tho it’s a 13 speed and 5 glide I use it for lay up shots cause it has a really good skip to it, and it just fits my hand
