this is because they use signed integers for these values. these are binary numbers, but the first digits means the sign of the number, if it is zero, the number is positive, if it is one, the number is negative. and if you keep incrementing this number, you will eventually overwrite this digit, turn it into a one and make the number negative

Oh damn, reminds me on a fact how in the original Civ game. Gandhi’s aggression score was so low that in certain circumstances it would go so low and loop back up to the top aggression limit, making him the alternate universe War Gandhi.

Imagine if this was on the ongoing location and had onslaught in it
Onslaught's Citadel would make a difference, but putting Onslaught out would involve removing either Super Skrull or Mystique. Either way, you get eight activations per on-reveal card. I suppose if the opponent had an Onslaught for Super Skrull to copy, that would work.
Also, it actually wouldn't make a difference anyway. The integer overflow happens about halfway through his Odin triggers, after which additional activations seem to do nothing. This score is already at the literal maximum.
They need to fix this ASAP as i am pulling this combo off DOZENS of times per day.
As long as you don't play LT/Klaw/Mr Fantastic/break highest score in Nexus you should be fine.

@@FatedHandJonathonThe first two statements of skrull and mystique's effects are correct where they will cause on reveal effects to happen 4x each. However, combining the two effects is additive rather than multiplicative (since mystique is only a copy of skrull rather than amplifying skrull i.e. onslaught), so you get a total of 8x on reveal rather than 16x.
lemme also explain the final result and why it's negative. As stated, on reveal effects will happen 8x, so odin will cause panther to go through his power doubling an additional 8*8 times or 64 times, making his total power 2^(10+64)=2^(74) or roughly 19 sextillion. However, marvel snap stores these numbers in 32-bit signed integers with the maximum positive value being 2^31 - 1 or 2147483647 (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/32-bit_computing), and the developers likely added protections that prevents overflow when a number increases past this number and thereby capping panther's power at this value. However, they had an oversight with the effect of living tribunal, which normally divides the power evenly between all three lanes (probably thinking this couldn't possibly make the value overflow so the protection was not included). And this would've been ok if tribunal only took into account panther's power, since it would then give 2147483647/3= 715827882 as the power in each lane. However, the additional power of the other lanes (9 in the left lane and 22 in the center) overflowed the total power to (-2^31 + 30) = -2147483618. Dividing this by 3 and rounding we get -715827873.

Put another way, if it's additive, then shouldn't there be nine triggers? 1+4+4? Why would the original trigger get multiplied by Super Skrull, but then added to by a copy of Super Skrull?

They do limit each lane to not go beyond this.
Because once they go beyond highest power they loop around to -(2^32).
The case shown here is possible because while they do limit each lane, that limit is broken when each lane interact with another like via Living Tribunal / Mr Fantastic / Klaw / Nexus.

He was getting 8 Wakandas per battlecry, meaning he would receive a total of 72 Wakandas from this combo (8 from Wakandaman, 64 from Odin). It took 27 Wakandas to overflow, though this number can be increased or decreased if Wakandaman has gained or lost power prior to being played.

technically the game caps your power to 2^(31)-1 (this is the largest positive signed integer) even if you go above it for a single lane. However, due to this number not being evenly divisible by 3 and tribunal rounding up when this happens, we get 2^(31)/3 for each lane. However, 2^31 is actually a negative signed integer, which is why all 3 lanes get -2^(31)/3 rather than positive.

I hit 715872882 tribunal with using Skrull (Onslaught, Tribunal, Iron Man, and enemy skrull buffed), my own Iron Man and Onslaught and a Power Stone on Onslaught’s Citadel. They all were even buffed with a +1 excluding the stone. 😂

Not true. It's a signed integer, so if you go too big in the positive direction, you get what's called an integer overflow and the number becomes negative. This happens because the first digit of a signed integer determines if it's positive or negative, 0 for positive, 1 for negative. When the number goes over that upper bound, it tries to make the number bigger and sets the sign digit to 1, making the number negative.
