@@TheUrbanFishkeeper Pls do a video for small 5 to 10 gallon tank Matern Filter setup for using fine sand or beach sand substrate, how effective it is
Nice vid on sponge filters . Personally when I use the black ones u showed I removed the centre n put air stone just for smaller bubbles less noise .

I use sponge filters in my breeding tanks, the only problem I’ve found is in my bristle nose tanks they clog up very quickly, otherwise I love them 👍
Hi John, good point about the Bristle nose. Did not even think about that. :-)
@@TheUrbanFishkeeper my solution is , I have a smaller internal filter that I just change from tank to tank and it clears it up in a day, sounds complicated but it’s not 👍
