Hats off to those who r taking care of Bukit brown. It's not an easy task but these pple are ready to sacrifice to preserve their culture. Mr Chua is especially so admirable.
to the 3 gentlemen, thank u for your service. our eyes rolled down to tears when we watched this video. all of us are born equal. we will definitely depart from this world, one day. no matter how rich or having high status, all those wealth will be left behind. lets be humble and take care of our aging parents..
I wonder how is Mr. Chua doing at present. Blessings of health to him. Btw, he mentioned seeing an apparition around 3:30-4:00 am which is well within the time-frame of the so-called demonic witching hour.
I really enjoyed the video. Thank you so much for making it. I've learnt so much from it . Kudos to those loyally taking care of the sacred place. Generation to generation.
I am a Teochewese from Hong Kong, despite I hv relatives from Singapore...however most of my ancestors still buried in Teochew...I reluctantly did the same thing like what the young man doing for tombstones which lasted for at least half of the century as a child during Ching Ming festivals. I feel emotional after watching this clip....I hope the whole cemetery will last forever like my great grandparents one in Teochew.

Bukit Brown is a Chinese cemetery. However, Sikhs used to symbolize guardians/protectors as they were well known Guards during the British colonial era. As such, many people choose to put statues of Sikh guards to guard their graves

Is it rude to do that in singapore
There's a mrt station at bukit brown
Chwee Lan Lim why would they put an mrt near a haunted place
+ Chwee Lab Lim Yes ! Bukit Brown will be on the Circle Line Between Caldecott & Botanic Gardens. It will cut through the cemetery.
@@fargo6762 Other than Bukit Brown, there is another one called Woodleigh is also another haunted place but it became a MRT station
lets be considerate to people who actually live there. Urban planning does not take into consideration the reputation of the place.
