I wasn't going to watch because sometimes seeing all of the materialistic gain on social media can be discouraging when you're building, but this was encouraging in the sense of realizing that you have to put yourself in places that you strive to be. You have to be around things and/or people that you see for yourself in your future. No it's not all about "things", but there's nothing wrong with desiring nice things. I guess what I'm saying is thank you guys for removing mental boundaries from my mind today.

That time management workshop that Denis did would have been great for me getting back on my grind with my businesses and sigh, dealing with my anxiety which I absolutely hate. Self-awareness, self-development, and self-love are so important so educating myself is an absolute must.
Jamaican black castor oil worked for me. I had a big patch of hair come out from a bad weave. Im talking straight up smooth scalp, i thought i was gonna have that bald spot forever!!! I put castor oil on it twice a day. I felt some stubble within 2 weeks. The spot is full of hair now. That happened to me in April and i would say the hair is about 1/2" in length. It's a slow process for a woman but for a guy i think he may notice a difference within a month or so. Hope that helps. Be careful with rogain, had a coworker pass away because he wasn't aware of the medicine he was taking along with using rogain.
