Also he has masterpieces on Revival like my favorite 3 tracks Castle,Arose and Walk On Water these 3 tracks are Masterpieces! I think more people are gonna appreciate it once Em is gone because that was Marshall Mathers and he pored his heart out on those tracks and I hate how people can say it’s a trash album.

This is a high quality interview. I get so sick of watching my fav artists do promo tour or a round of interviews and every time they are asked the exact same questions, which are rarely about the actual music. Sway always manages to ask the better questions and really make it worth your time. And of course, Em is a legend and obviously very intelligent. I love his interviews because he does not care what people will think of his answers, which makes it so honest.

Em is too hard on himself. There are some great songs in Revival. Castle, Arose, River, Framed, Remind Me, Heat... it’s like if every single song isn’t fire the album is considered trash . Gotta say though, every song on Kamikaze is fire. I’ve literally had it on shuffle since it came out.

Couple things I've learned about Eminem are these:
You Can Not Judge his career based on one song. If you do, you're just hurting yourself. You also can't place him in a box because the second you think you have this man figured out, he throws a curve then a slider. It just doesn't stop.
REVIVAL in my opinion is one of the best and most important CDs Ever made. Nature content, flow, time, beats, It has it all. Certain songs gave me Huge Chills. Believe stands out alot. I really like that track. Em has always been a Positive Voice For The People. Dan Rather Called his interview one of the most significant interviews ever. And if that's true, and I think it is, Then Revival Could be one of the most important CDs Ever Recorded. Def one of my Favorites of all time. I'm as guilty as anyone if judging Em based on a track or two and I should know better. I do know this though too, To Never Give Up in Eminem because he's never given up on us or Hip Hop.
Iconic Revolutionary Rapper Always bringing fresh new concepts damn near Everytime to the table. His honesty is what fuels his creative fire and through that he takes his listeners through every possible emotion. Gotta say I'm proud of you Eminem for being the artist that works the hardest that could if been my next door neighbor growing up. Peace. KEV

That shift in hip hop where everything started sounding like everything else is where I jumped ship. I grew up with Onyx, Gangstarr, Pete Rock & CL Smooth, Slick Rick, LL Cool J right into Wu Tang Clan, DMX, Redman, NAS, Jay-Z, Big Pun, 2Pac, and Biggie. So when rappers were biting Drake and Lil Wayne I had to start listening to the underground hip hop like Jedi Mind Tricks, Logic, El-P, Run the Jewels, Aesop Rock, Sean Price, Heltah Skeltah, MF Doom, Gift of Gab, Tech N9ne, and R.A. the Rugged Man.
I still listened to the greats like Em, but shit wasn't the same for me.
