Gail Lewis, who went viral a few weeks ago for airing out her husband after he was caught in the airport with his paramour, has now been silenced. She and her husband filed a mutual restraining order, permitting them from speaking negatively about each other and they were also permitted from changing bank accounts, investment accounts and life insurance. Well, Gail has now discovered that Harold has added to his new "fiancé" to his life insurance policy and Gail will have to split proceeds 50/50 if anything were to happen to Harold. She has requested that the court force him to change this, What are your thoughts?

It is fraud because as ONLY an authorized user he can not transfer or allow anyone else to use the card. Only the card owner can do that. So anything usage completed by her with Gails card is fraud because the side does not have authirizrmed used approved and acknowledged by the cc company. She will be charged. I work in life insurance and this was pretty low of Harold. He ran and added his mistress because if there is a divorce decree, Gail may have gotten 100% even after the divorce. Given his age if he qualified for a new policy and the fact they are not divorced, Gail may have even been entitled to said new policy. It seems like he was planning to leave her first and it sounds like his money maybe running low

LIFE INSURANCE! This woman is in it for the long haul, adjusting legal documentation and all. I don't know who's advising her, but she's clearly not new to this. How can a man designate his girlfriend as a beneficiary on his life insurance policy when he has children? There's something off about the girlfriend; I wouldn't be surprised if she has another man on the side or someone coaching her. But to be fair, Harold also seems off, and it's suspicious that Harold is still making large purchases on Gail's credit card! Harold, blink twice if you're being held hostage or blackmailed (LOL). The math ain't mathing. One positive thing is that Gail is divorcing this man now because her assets could be entangled with this woman if anything were to happen to him unless he updates his documentation.

He can add who he wants, however a spouse (husband/wife) is automatically entitled in most states. If he died while they were still married and the wife proves they're no divorced, her interest would supercede the mistress and kids. This situation is so sad, but it shows why it’s so important for us as women to have emotional intelligence and control our emotions. Once she found out about his infidelity, she should have been moving some money into her personal account. Then she should have lawyered up and divorced him So quick that he would not have seen it coming. I would have taken Harold on that deal, and get myself together, and move on. Because his heart currently is with the youngster, and it’s nothing she can do about that! But at some point you have to have some dignity and pride, but make sure you get your life together.
