    Plot twist:
following that american notion of "thoughness", rugby is tougher than american football, so there's that...

Have you ever seen any of Da Bronco’s videos? He started watching highlight vids of players during the Covid lockdowns and he started to like football. Now he is attending USMNT matches and even went to England for a Manchester City match. Lately he is going to different MLS stadiums, and is psyched for the 2024 Copa America tournament.

@@bigkevreacts Luke’s Sports Academy is a good channel, too. He is an American football coach who started watching football around the 2022 Qatar World Cup, and now like Bronco, he is obsessed! He makes excellent videos about Champions League and is an Arsenal hater like myself (I support Liverpool), so definitely give him a shot, too.

Allen iverson could of been ANYTHING he wanted to.
he was a star quarter back as a youngster and was pretty much a master of any sport he ever tried.
fast, strong, clever, determined and born with that raw talent of being able to read his opponents body movement and throw his weight suddenly in the other direction.
i have no doubt that if Iverson spent his time as a kid playing soccer then could easily have been developed into high level pro player.
US mens soccer has the problem that any kid who shows talent at a young age is instantly sucked into NBA or NFL pathways.
thats not a critisim, but its just another massive obstacle that will hold america back if it wants to keep climbing the ladder.

lol just as much as american's play in the nhl...And I can mention a few Great American Hockey Players for an example Mike Modano Patrick Kane and a a long list of others, and for your info the names I did mention all won the stanly cup with or without injurys that includes broken foot a broken leg, broken noses and alot of teeth knocked out.....but hey its just what I think, and my favorite Hockey Player of all time during my lifetime would be Mike Modano cause he was very good

Zealand does indeed a great work at explaining the reasons behind the history of football (soccer) in the US. Nice reaction! But I must say, for those that still say that it's a soft sport in the US, just sit them through a video of Vinnie Jones' tackles and fouls, they will have second thoughts after that 😂

Why not as loved of a sport here? Guess we largely prefer sports where things are thrown as much, if not more, than kicked? Best I can think of fr..but I'd chalk American FB fans up there with the best of them on the "hold my beer" stupidity scale! 😂

Football actually comes from China, it was played as a form of martial arts training. Plus back then, only the rich and the royals could play.

It has been played in many places, China was just the first, but many places played some sort of game of kicking a ball into a goal. None of them directly translated into the English game though.

you might be surprised to know that alot of people around the world find some american sports boring.
swish swish swish. basket after basket. "do any of these points matter?"
"no not really, it only matters who gets the last one at the end. thats where the real excitement lies, when its a close game and the score is tight"
"what do you think of soccer"
"i hate it, its always a close game and the score is tight"
