They like them long, more pork chops or room for babies. Some people cut the tails short on some at birth to keep track between keepers and market pigs but sometimes pigs bite tails off each other during fights so some farmers just get rid of tails so that won't happen

I'll never sell a pig at auction. Those prices are terrible you would never make money.
Why are they hitting them? They’re already stressed enough as it is why hit them like that for no reason what the heck?
