its a costume for Misaki Okusawa/Michelle (from Hello, Happy World!) you could get after completing missions during the persona5 collab!! not a card tho, the group that got the cards (limited of course) was Afterglow. you could obtain two event cards (both 3★s) at exchange during the event, plus the three 4★ limited cards fearured in the event's gacha. additionally, the group Poppin' Party covered Life Will Change for the event as well, its still playable and you can buy the song at the shop.
