    Forget the essential oils. Go to a florist and purchase a small eucalyptus wreath. Hang it over your shower head. It lasts for ages (mine lasted 5 years and still held its fragrance).

      @@berniebennett6009 Listen Elmer Fudd, you don’t know my situation and the fact maybe we worked for things, and sometimes things don’t go the way you hoped, and then this plandemic changed a lot of things financially for people! Because there’s nothing wrong with wanting to make improvements in your home. Just because somebody doesn’t have a shower doesn’t mean the rest of us can’t make our lives better if we can. Maybe they don’t work, or live in an impoverished country but that is the cards they we’re dealt! I’m not going to feel guilty because I want nicer !
      Why don’t you rail against the ULTRA wealthy who change houses every six months and still aren’t satisfied?? Why? Because they can you say ? Good example are those hoohaa Kartrashians that would probably tell you they don’t ‘owe’ anyone any explanations!
      And, BTW, I drive an eighteen year old car, as long as it runs good I’ll keep driving it! Doesn’t sound like someone who needs a yayhoo telling me I can’t hope to have something nice in my home.
      DON’T bother answering because you are out of line and shameless for trying to analyze ‘why’ I am depressed, as it has nothing to do with the type of bathroom I have or that I wish I had a newer, more modern one. Most people that have older homes DO like to make improvements on them.

    Wonderful tip but remember many if not all essential oils will etch plastic so if you have plastic bathroom fixtures you may want something like an absorbent towel or another barrier while you are shaking essential oils onto your clothes pins.

    Neat idea, but I agree with those that say no to fragrance beads and yes to Essential Oils... Gives me a great idea. I would put some of the oils on the clothe pins and maybe pretty them up with whatever you like. Maybe tiny flowers, leaves, etc. I love beachy. I would glue little seashells or any beach theme and place on my ceiling fan 😍

      They can be put in the washer with a towel or two. I put a little bleach or Clorox with it . Only tumble fry for a few minutes. Shake it out and hang it back up.

    • @bigred9428
      @bigred9428 2 роки тому

      Between washings, you can pray the bottom with Clorox Clean-Up. Also, there is usually a thin plastic piece that finishes off the end, but it gets cruddy and moldy fast, so the curtain stays cleaner longer of you just cut that part off.

    I'd like to know how to get and keep the shower heavy, clear/frosty shower liner clean. The bottom hits the tub and yellows. I've tried everything. Help!

    • @shancan6328
      @shancan6328 3 роки тому +2

      Don't use those plastic liners. Try just using the nylon or polyester fabric curtains alone. Hang them up high enough to make sure the bottom hangs into the tub a little so the water can run down and not out of tub. These can be removed and washed and then hung back up. You are not having to throw all those plastic liners in the land fill either.
      My friend had a shower that was just tile. Drain in floor. No door or curtain and the showerhead was at an angle that kept the room dry. Wish I had that!

    • @horselady4375
      @horselady4375 2 роки тому +1

      Try spraying your liner with vinegar water 2or3 times a week and leave it on till u shower or bath.
