Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Urad dal flour - 1 tbsp
White sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fresh grated coconut - 2 spoon
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Oil for frying

Roasted Rice Flour - 1 cup
Urad Dal flour - 1 tbsp

White Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp

Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Butter - 1 tbsp

Generally the bakshanam does not come out crisp for me and because of neivedyam, I end up making them without tasting and feel disappointed.
