I was 50 years old before i found my true purpose. All the things i did before helped me bring it all together successfully but i felt like i was floundering around all those years.

To my Soul Siblings who have 10th house LEO NN and MC: I’m 40 and from personal experience, this placement means that whatever you do, people will notice you. Their reaction to you is beyond your control. So just be. Also, this means that in whatever profession or meaningful work you devote yourself to, seek Mastery in that but do not rush the process. This placement stands for embodying your principles in practise. Meaning, you HAVE SOMETHING whatever that may be, that is WORTH inspiring other people. It is not true that people in this placement chase fame. Quite the contrary. I do what I do because I feel that humans must be free to be themselves the way they should be. By the way, I have Uranus conjunct Scorpio Ascendant.
I got Leo MH and Scorpio Asc, strangers notice me a lot and seem to admire me, I actually get a lot of attention, but the ones that are close to me tend to resent me and I always end up feeling alone. Does this only happens to me?

I'm north node in pisces, south node in Virgo! You are spot on, I despise pop culture and prefer to go within but I can get neurotic and obsessive with spirituality. I'm also unhealthily obsessed with perfection with my sun and mercury being in my 1st house of Virgo🤣. My moon is in 7th house Pisces. It's quite the dichotomy, I'm a hot mess lol.
I'm the opposite! Sun in Pisces / North Node in Virgo. I love all things astrology, metaphysics, theology, syncretism and find the practical, necessary aspects of life boring and banal! My Saturn is also in Virgo so I do strive for perfection in many ways but my South Node is conjunct my Sun so it is hard to let go of all things Pisces... I need to ground myself and channel all things Virgo (order, discipline, structure, routine).

What you said about north node Pisces south node Virgo rang suuuuper true for me. So many of my anxieties come from an almost fanatic need to be the best parent ever and never make a mistake (midheaven Cancer, north node in 6th house conjunct Pisces sun😬). I’m trying SO hard to let that feeling go, because perfection isn’t real, and you can’t get better without making mistakes. If only that logic would cross into my heart as easily. 😔 I’ll get there some day.

this was incredibly helpful and healing. lol you called out a lot of my placements so it feels like it was meant to be. my Neptune in the first house squares my sun in my fourth. my sun opposes my Scorpio mid heaven (which i feel so called out for when you said psychology hehe) and squares my nodes. my mars is conjunct with Saturn and Jupiter in Taurus. I'm pretty new to astrology but I still feel I learned a lot so thank you Sky!!!

Virgo Sun 12th house, MC Cancer, NN Scorpio 1st house. All of them have tons of aspects (outer planets mostly) and I sometimes feel lost in life but I seem to find purpose in being useful, looking for the meaning behind things or symbols and learning about myself and the inner worlds of people. Finding out about astrology also provided me with a great sense of purpose and it gave me a system a belief which resonated with me personally in a time when I felt quite nihilistic. No matter what happens I'll always be grateful for that :)
Imho the "anti" purpose sounds more like the true purpose than the natal one... Something that comes through realisations from hardships and overcoming obstacles and which emotionally drives you seems more valuable to me than something you're just born into.
I was thinking this too.. I think maybe there is a distinction. Say someone had an alcoholic parent and had to be there to support them. They might consciously realise it was a hardship but think “oh but it gave me this skill to be selfless for people”, but this would be anti-purpose to their true purpose to be self-interested. I agree with you a purpose can come from hardship as long as you’re conscious of what is actually ‘you’ and what is an unconscious leftover from the hardship. Maybe it’s possible to even merge the two... to be self-interested and help others who have doormat tendencies

I'm a Scorpio sun (in 9th) conjunct Pluto, trine Jupiter and sextile Neptune and Saturn. My Midheaven is also in Scorpio. I have almost signed up to be a detective and to MI5 so many times but I'm an artist (more often than not a stuck one) and want to stay true to my creative pursuits. This video was so freaking right on it's given me a gust of wind under my wings to keep going, and focus my creative work in more of a 'prying' way. I love your use of that word, I'm so like that, I just want to delve into people's souls and show them the gold they're not letting themselves see. Mostly, probably, because I've had a hell of a journey to do this for myself. My North Node is in Aquarius so I know I need to focus my creative ambition to more humanitarian pursuits than ego-centred 'look at me' Leo vibes. This has been so helpful!!! I have a dream of becoming a therapist one day, that started a while ago after experiencing wonderful healing during my own therapy, but I'm not sure at the moment if this is my real purpose. This idea of 'counter-purpose' is very interesting to me because I have experienced a lot of mental and emotional issues throughout my life, so I can see how this can contribute to the counter purpose of wanting to become a therapist. On the other hand, there seems to be a lot of natural healing professional purpose indicated in my chart: sun in virgo, pisces moon, north node in libra on the cusp of the third and 4th house on my IC! mars conjunct north node in scorpio, MC at 27 degrees of aries (good for working one on one with someone)
I also think that on top of that, a lot of psychologists represent this archetype of the 'wounded' healer, as Jung talks about. I even heard on a recent podcast that really inspired me that every type of healer has experienced certain wounds, and that those inspire them to help others, either consciously or unconsciously!
(plus we are all human so everyone experiences certain psychological wounds one way or another at some point in their lives). This is not a problem if the therapist has worked through his own wounds and has transformed them, so they won't be projected on the client. This way, the wounded healer can transform his wounds into his biggest capacity and strength for healing.
I would love to hear your ideas on this 🙂

Sun/Pluto/Midheaven in Scorpio, Aquarius Rising, Pisces North/Virgo South - I've been into higher learning within the Arts, Spirituality/Philosophy and esoteric things what feels like my entire life. I've wanted to approach each one of these interests as a business, because it makes me feel empowered. Life, however, hasn't quite panned out that way. I've found myself headed down many different career paths (not previously listed), and within each one, I've felt like I couldn't breathe.
I have those exact placements an it's the same for me
Think i just got more insight into why i struggle with career and business, and getting the recognition i work so hard for. I mean, i get some recognition but not long-lasting and not compensated and rewarded. Will continue to work on my consciousness in this area, bc that it all it is. Sun in the 1st house Leo midheaven I never listen or took advice from people did my own thing always and it pays off ....also have sun and Saturn aspect which delayed a lot but I’m a pro now at what I do ;)

Career has always got a job got good at it by applying myself got recognised and get promoted and rise to management, so first 3 job like this spanning 32 yrs, wanted a career change less stress and hours so thought office work. Good at the work it's the dynamics of people l don't gel with but am on a spiritual evolutional journey. So left first after 5 months and had 11 month sabbatical , got another but just quit that after 11 months due to mismanagement and dynamics. Interesting

My Sun, MC and North Node are all conjunct in Cancer with the Sun and NN in the 9th house. Confusing because im not a family type person since Cancer is a family oriented sign.
