My baby just turned 1 and he us my 3rd baby he has slept through the night since he was 3 months he wakes up to drink milk but goes right back to sleep i didn't sleep train him but i would say having a strict bed routine of the same routine every night has helped so much and also making sure he naps during the day at least 2 naps

I highly recommend you look into sleep training (Ferber method). And Taking Cara Babies sleep courses! It’s not letting your baby cry it out but more of letting your baby soothe themselves back to sleep. I’m not sure how it will work with your baby sleeping on the floor with full access to the full bedroom. I know it was a life saver for me because the lack of sleep was so hard on me and my marriage! I know it’s much harder to fix sleep problems the older they get, he’s at a perfect age for sleep training!
